Strong cross-cultural communication experience. Developed personnel polices/procedures and recruiting efforts for a post-conflict Nation(s). Conducted classification surveys of large government organizations and made position management recommendations that resulted in salary savings ranging from $200,000 to over a million dollars. Resolved position classification appeals and EEO complaints avoiding arbitration and litigation costs. Recommended and executed large scale reorganization efforts for governmental organizations.
